1. Acceptance of Terms:

By engaging in business with Tick by Precursor, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated omodified at any time, and it is the client’s responsibility to stay informed about any changes.      

 2. Promotion:

Tick by Precursor is offering a promotional offer of 3 months free of digital marketing service fees. This offer is valid for new clients and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

3. Scope of Free Service:

The free digital marketing service includes general consultation, strategy development, and the execution of digital marketing initiatives. However, the promotion does not cover the expenses associated with running Google and social media ads. The client is responsible for all costs related to advertising on these platforms.

4. Duration of Promotion:

The promotional offer is valid for three months from the commencement of the client’s engagement with Tick by Precursor. After this period, standard service fees will apply unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Client’s Responsibilities:

The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the execution of digital marketing services.
Additionally, the client is solely responsible for the payment of any fees associated with running Google and social media ads during the promotional
period.

6. Payment Terms:

For services not covered by the promotional offer, payment terms will be mutually agreed upon and outlined in a separate agreement. Invoices are to be paid by the due date specified in the agreement.

 7. Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is still responsible for any outstanding fees incurred up to the termination date.

8. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep any sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tick by Precursor reserves
the right, at its sole discretion to amend, withdraw or revise these terms and
conditions and the promos at any time without prior notice and in such event,
Tick by Precursor shall not have any liability whatsoever.

By engaging in business with Tick by Precursor, you acknowledge that you have
read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
